Disclosures

Important risk and product disclosures for anyone using LaunchX on Robinhood Chain. Read before you launch or trade.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Not financial advice

LaunchX and LaunchX Labs do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the site, in Docs, or in marketing materials is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token. Do your own research.

Permissionless protocol

Anyone with a compatible wallet can create or trade tokens subject to network and interface availability. LaunchX Labs does not endorse individual tokens, creators, or price outcomes. Token names and imagery are user-supplied and may be misleading.

Volatility and loss

Crypto assets are highly volatile. You can lose some or all of the value you put into a trade or launch. Past activity on a bonding curve or chart does not predict future results. There are no guaranteed returns.

No custody

LaunchX does not hold your private keys. You interact with smart contracts from your wallet. If you lose access to your wallet, LaunchX cannot recover funds.

Smart contract and technology risk

Contracts, indexers, RPCs, and the web app can contain bugs or experience downtime. Audits (when published) reduce but do not eliminate risk. Graduations, fee splits, and LP locks behave according to deployed bytecode and configuration. See Security and risk in Docs for the current product posture.

Fees

Curve trades typically include a protocol fee (default 0.5%) and a creator fee (default 0.5%, set at create within protocol caps). You also pay gas. After graduation, Uniswap V3 style pool fees may apply. Exact numbers can change with deployments; verify in Docs and on-chain.

Interface vs chain

The website and API are conveniences for discovery and transaction construction. On-chain settlement is authoritative. A successful UI state does not guarantee a mined transaction until confirmed on Robinhood Chain.

Regulatory and geographic

Digital-asset rules vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of LaunchX is lawful where you live. LaunchX Labs may restrict interface access in certain regions when required.
