Privacy Policy

1. Overview

LaunchX is a wallet-centric product. We minimize personal data. Blockchain transactions you submit are public by nature of Robinhood Chain and related networks.

2. Information we process

• Wallet addresses when you connect, sign in (SIWE), launch, trade, or use portfolio features.
• Session credentials such as JWTs or cookies tied to a verified wallet after nonce-based authentication.
• Usage and operational logs (API requests, errors, IP and user-agent may appear in infrastructure logs) for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Token metadata you submit (name, symbol, description, images, social links) which may be stored and displayed publicly.
• On-chain data indexed from public events (launches, trades, graduations) for charts, explore, and leaderboards.

We do not require a legal name or government ID for standard launch and trade flows.

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve the LaunchX interface and API.
• Authenticate wallets and secure sessions.
• Index and display public market activity.
• Detect abuse, outages, and security incidents.
• Comply with law where required.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, RPC, analytics if enabled) under agreements that limit use to providing the service. Public chain data is visible to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the protocol.

5. Retention

Session tokens expire according to configuration. Logs are retained for a limited operational period. Indexed on-chain history may be kept to power product features. You can disconnect your wallet and clear site storage in your browser at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices for transport security and access control. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Protect your private keys; LaunchX never asks for your seed phrase.

7. Your choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data we hold off-chain. Contact privacy@launchx.xyz. On-chain records cannot be altered by LaunchX Labs.

8. Children

LaunchX is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be highlighted in-product when practical. Counsel review is expected before broader production scale.
